Proposal not approved for the International Day of Women to be held on the 8th of March. In this case, politics and illustration got strangely mixed together, and after simplifing the image through up to 6 different versions in case “it could offend anybody”, the client (Madrid City Council) eventually decided to go just for typography, no images.
Propuesta no aprobada para el Día Internacional de la Mujer, a celebrar el día 8 de marzo. En esta ocasión la política y la ilustración se vieron extrañamente mezcladas y, tras simplificar la idea a través de hasta 6 versiones diferentes en caso de que “pudiera ofender a alguien”, el cliente (Ayuntamiento de Madrid) decidió finalmente usar sólo tipografía, sin imágenes.
